How long do you take to ship out an order?

• All orders are processed and shipped out within 24 - 48 hours during working days. Do note that no orders will be dispatched during weekends and holidays.

• Islandwide Singapore: 1-3 Working Days

 

All delivery estimates provided above are to be used as a general guideline, actual delivery time-frame might defer due to certain circumstances.

Delivery might be delayed due to occasions like Christmas, Black Friday and weeks building towards it as your local Postal Office is stuffed with parcels to be delivered.

How long does it take for me to receive my order?

• As much as we would love to have you receive your parcel from us as soon as possible, we have no control of the parcel once it's out of our warehouse.
• Shipping speed is highly subjected to our courier partners and the speed of their processing during the holidays & promotion period.
